Thursday Contest Details

Doors open at 9am. Open practice from 9am to 7pm. Rider's meeting at 5pm. Heat sheets will be posted.

Thursday Nightlife Details

Green Room in Ybor City: Retro Red Square plays. DJ Noi and Jimmy Walker. 80's dance - you know you love it after five beers. 18 and up to enter, 21 and up to drink. $7 admission. All you can drink with valid ID. Green Room is the Official Bar of SPoT! You'll find a lot of your homies in that joint. See you there.

Friday Contest Details

Street Qualifiers: Doors open at 9am. Open practice FOR FRIDAY SKATERS ONLY from 9am to 11am. Contest starts at 11am. Two runs at 50 seconds, best counts, top qualifier goes directly to Finals. 2nd to 16th go to Semi-Finals.

Friday Nightlife Details

None of your homies will be anywhere except the SPoT 11-Year Anniversary Party at Masquerade in Ybor City. Presented by DVS, Shorty’s, Hawk Clothing, Independent, and Skatepark of Tampa @ Masquerade in Ybor City. 10 kegs of free beer provided by Independent that should last at least 15 minutes! Bands: Hot Water Music, Irish Car Bomb, Stress Face, My Hotel Year, and Tim Version. Tickets $10 in advance in the Pro Shop. Doors at 7pm. All ages.

Saturday Contest Details

Street Qualifiers. Doors open at 9am. Open practice FOR SATURDAY SKATERS ONLY from 9am to 11am. Contest starts at 11am. Two runs at 50 seconds, best counts, top qualifier goes directly to Finals. 2nd to 16th go to Semi-Finals.

Vert Contest and Finals start immediately after street. Two runs at at 45 seconds, best counts. Top 10 go to Finals to join Steve Rev who won the Damn Am at Volcom Vert Finals. Finals: Three runs at 45 seconds, best counts.

World Industries Moat Race immediately after street qualifiers, during vert practice. Keep your shoes on to avoid the ghetto gonorrhea!

Saturday Nightlife Details

Green Room in Ybor City: DJ Fader spins hip hop. 18 and up to enter, 21 and up to drink. No cover. Doors at 9pm. Cool people arrive a little after that. Yeah, your bros will all be there this night also.

Masquerade in Ybor City: Clutch with Nebula & Mastadon play. $13 in advance at Masquerade, $15 for slackers on day of show. First 200 people with any SPoT Wristband get cool guy status: only $5 admission. See you there if we're still standing.

Sunday Contest Details

Old Man Bowl Jam practice at 9am. Contest starts at 10am. Paramedics give old guys oxygen at 11am.

Street Semi-Finals: practice from 9am to 11am. 34 skaters. 30 from Friday and Saturday Qualifiers plus 4 from Damn Am: Ryan Bobier, Torey Pudwill, John Goeman, and Nate Compher. Two runs at 50 seconds, best counts, top ten go to Finals.

Street Finals: starts immediately after Semi-Finals. 12 skaters. 10 from Semi-Finals and two top qualifiers from Friday and Saturday. Three runs at one minute, best counts.

Shorty's Street Best Trick: 30 minute jam on the step up/flat bar rail.

Sunday Nightlife Details

Damn, you still want to party? Give your liver a high five.

Tampa Am After Contest Party at the Green Room in Ybor City. Four bands play: Dukes of Hillsborough, Kudzu Wish, The Forecast, and Super Power Abuse. Doors at 8pm. Exhausted SPoT staff arrives at 9pm. Free admission. 18 and up to enter.
