This is the parking garage where I live. The residents open their windows and attempt to kick you out on their own before they make their frantic calls to cops to complain about skateboarders. How can you not be way too embarassed to make a phone call like that? "911, what's your emergency?" "Oh my! There's kids skateboarding! Please come quick!"
