Here's the story from Neal:

I smashed my brains out a few days ago and after getting my chin stitched back together I realized I had a serious charlie horse in my upper leg. The next day it swelled up huge. I'm talking elephantitis huge. One of the doctors I saw put a bunch of strips of tape on my leg because he said if you pull the skin on the surface it will create channels underneath for the blood to dissipate.

Here is the lovely result. Coolest bruise ever and a Hosoi graphic on my leg.
