Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your order as long as the items are still in brand new condition. Shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made a mistake with your order. In that case, we pay for all shipping costs, including reimbursing you for your return shipping costs.
Privacy
We never sell or give out any information used to process your order. It's not like anyone's buying, either. We collect just enough information from you to send an order out and nothing more. We never have and never will send spam or any marketing emails to our customers. When you order from us, you get one email confirming the order, then another email in a couple weeks where we ask to make sure everything's ok. We do have a mailing list you can join if you want email updates. We send our newsletter out every two weeks on Wednesdays.
Shipping and Order Fullfillment
On a regular business day (Monday through Friday), if you order before 2pm, your order will ship that day, otherwise, it's the next business day. We use UPS for all our shipping.
