Privacy
We never sell or give out any information used to process your order. It's not like anyone's buying,
either. We collect just enough information from you to send an order out and nothing more. We never
have and never will send spam or any marketing emails to our customers. When you order from us, you
get one email confirming the order, then another email in a couple weeks where we ask to make sure
everything's okay.
Shipping and Order Fullfillment
On a regular business day (Monday through Friday), if you order before 2pm, your order
will ship that day, otherwise, it's the next business day. We use UPS for all our shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your order as long as the items are still in
brand new condition. Shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made a mistake with
your order. In that case, we pay for all shipping costs, including reimbursing you for
your return shipping costs.

Our Course
We have changed the course every single year since Skatepark of Tampa started back in 1993.

Waiver
A waiver is required for EVERYONE. If you're under 18 and your
parent is not with you, the waiver must be NOTARIZED! The waiver is a pdf file that can
be viewed using the free Adobe Acrobat viewer. Click here if you need to download it.
Rent the Park
Rent the Park For Birthdays, Special Occasions or just a fun session with only your friends. The details are below.
- Cost is $250.
- Park may be rented out before or after regular business hours (please refer to schedule).
- Reservations must be made two weeks in advance.
- If reservations are made within two weeks of the rental, an additional $50 charge will be applied (see manager).
- Rental time period is three hours unless otherwise documented on this sheet.
- Up to 15 skaters, inliners, bikers, etc. are allowed to participate. Additional participants will be charged $5 each.
- A maximum of 10 spectators are allowed entrance at no charge. Additional spectators will be charged $5 each.
- Customer may bring food and beverage.
- Alcoholic beverages are not permitted at the Skatepark of Tampa.
- No other entertainment can be set up unless authorized by a Skatepark of Tampa employee on this sheet.
- There will be a $50 charge for every half-hour that a party runs over scheduled time.
- A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at reservation time.
- Credit card number is required when reserving Skatepark.

Birthday Parties at SPoT
- Cost is $189 for Members. $200 for Non-Members (plus tax)
- Reservations must be made two weeks in advance
- If reservations are made within two weeks of the Party, an additional $50 charge will be applied
- Birthday Party period is three hours unless otherwise documented on this sheet
- Up to 10 participants included in the price. There will be a $15 charge for each additional participant
- SPoT can provide all Extras listed below, however, you are welcome to supply your own food and beverages
- No other entertainment can be set up unless authorized by the Party Coordinator
- A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at reservation time
- All Participants must have a signed and/or notarized waiver on file
Party Includes:
- Party Coordinator on site during the entire Party
- Designated decorated area in the Snack Bar
- Each participant receives free lesson, session, equipment rental, pad rental, group activity, and goodie bag
- Memorable group photo
Extras:
- Pizza - $10 per pie (serves up to six)
- Fountain beverages - $5 per pitcher
- Cake/candles with “Happy Birthday (name)” - $45 (serves up to 24)
- Piñata - $40
- Special guest top am skateboarder skating with the kids - $75

Skateboard Lessons

- Lessons are given on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9am-10am
- Sunday Lessons are for those 12 & Under Only
- Cost is $20
- The 10am-5pm Session on Saturday and the 10am-1:30pm 12&Under Session on Sunday is included in cost
- Lessons give students basic information on the function of a skateboard as well as assistance with learning tricks
- The students will be taught some of the skateboarding techniques listed below
- Safety gear is not required, but it is recommended and included in the cost of the Lesson
A variety of the following basics of skateboarding will be reviewed and explained, depending on the student's ability and willingness to learn.
- Explained the functions of deck, trucks, wheels, bearings, etc.
- Pushing on flat ground
- Pumping on transition
- Tic-tac
- Rolling down bank ramps
- Drop-in on bank ramps
- Drop-in on transition
- Kickturns on bank ramps
- Kickturns on transition
- Ollie on flat
Please keep in mind that although your child may have been taught a few moves on a skateboard, it does not necessarily mean that he/she will improve drastically with each Lesson. The development of skateboarding ability is a lifelong challenge that takes dedication and patience and each individual learns at his/her own pace. We are here to help, but if the skater does not practice outside of Skatepark, improvement will come at a much slower pace.
