From the Boob Tube to the YouTube

As you've probably heard by now, there's a new channel on YouTube starting this month called The Ride Channel. Our show, SPoT Life, premieres next month. From the looks of their two minute trailer on the other shows they're doing, it's looking pretty amazing with one key thing I really like: it's only skateboarding, not action sports. As you know from a prior Public Service Announcement, skateboarding is not an action sport. It's just skateboarding, thank you. I think The Ride Channel is looking like an improved Fuel TV without the cagefighting and your average motoxsnowsurfboard Jocko Bifarellie action bro. In addition to our SPoT Life show we're doing, we're also participating in a show there called Shred It Cards. Producers take your video and add 80's style video game effects to it awarding you dollars for tricks and taking away dollars for stuff like tail drag or too many tricks with shorts on.
